Onboarding Email Journey
GoFundMe wanted to overhaul their email journey for new fundraisers. Sharing early is so critical to the success of a fundraiser, so these emails emphasized this while providing tips for each channel.
This new approach drastically increased the number of emails received (from five to 17 emails in just the first two weeks!). But these high-intent users continued to open and engage, and early results showed that the emails were successful in increasing sharing activity.
